UK Customers
I have to do UK sales via Etsy to handle the new VAT requirements, so UK checkout is disabled.  Please use the contact form to tell me which items you'd like.  Give me the SKU code (under the price on the item's page) and a brief description.  I'll disable the items from this web site and make you a private listing on Etsy, then send you the direct link to your listing.  Sorry for the extra work but at least it's a solution.
Currency conversion If you are not from the USA, please note that you may see a slight discrepancy between the original item price and the price shown on check out.  This is due to currency conversion and is beyond my control. 
Payment with PayPal Express
Please note that if you pay using PayPal Express you will be taken to a PayPal page first to enter your credit card and billing information, and then will be able to see the shipping information. 
 
Shipping
The shipping and packaging fee is based on the value of your order.  
If the actual shipping cost charged is higher than the actual cost I will issue you a refund.
If the actual shipping cost is much higher than that charged I may request an additional payment.

United States    
I ship by U.S. Mail (First Class up to 1 lb weight, then Priority), unless you request and pay for a different service.
$1.00 to $50.00 - $4.50
$50.01 to $100.00 - $6.50
$100.01 and above - free
Rest of  the World
I've been having difficulty getting USPS shipping to some countries so may have to use UPS instead, which tends to be more expensive.
USPS International shipping
$1.00 to $150.00 - $25.00
$150.01 and above - $35.00
UPS - case by case basis

International Buyers Please Note:
Your country's import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are normally collected by the delivering shipping company or when you pick the item up; do not confuse them with additional shipping charges.  Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.  

​I don't mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts".  US and international government regulations prohibit such actions. Thank you for your understanding.
Returns/ Refunds
If there is any problem with your order please contact me immediately by email or phone so that we can work out the best solution. It will also help me improve things in the future. You must contact me within 10 days after receiving your order and returns will need to be received by me within 14 days of a return request.

If an item arrives broken or damaged please don't try to repair it! Keep it in its original packaging and contact me by email or phone.  If you return an item, it should be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.  Miniatures don't go well through postal machinery in just a padded envelope!

A refund will be issued once I receive the returned item in the same condition that you received it.  In most cases shipping costs are not refundable and the customer is responsible for the return postage.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you’ve done all of this and you still haven't received your refund yet, please contact me at wendysminiatures@gmail.com. 

Sale and Deal items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately Sale and Deal items are sold "As Is" and cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges
Since most of my items are unique, if you need to exchange an item for some reason, please contact me at at wendysminiatures@gmail.com to work out if this is possible.
