Teresa Welch gilded floral dish, 1994 or 1999

A delicate porcelain dish by Teresa Welch of The China Closet.  It has gilding, hand painted roses and a finely patterned blue edging inside and out.  Clearly signed on the back by Teresa, and dated, although I'm not sure if it is 1994 or 1999.

1/2 inch (1.3 cm) wide, 3/8 inch (0.95 cm) deep and just under 1/8 inch (0.3 cm) tall.
