A seemingly simple yet unusual pillow of blue dupioni silk that is then edge encrusted with
tiny blue Czech glass beads, sewn on in an irregular manner so as to catch the light and almost
appear as a faceted trim. The back of the pillow is the same silk but with a stripe of darker blue.

This silk pillow has a diagonal sash centred with a double rosette, all of it sewn rather than glued.
The fabric is an unusual salted silk in shades of pink, blue and purple. The design is created
when grains of salt are sprinkled on the silk while the dyes are still wet, so each design is unique. Both sides of this pillow are the same fabric.
